Yes! We will combine orders if your order hasn't shipped yet. But please note, we will not combine orders until we have come to your earliest order in the queue just in case shipping is more than the initial fee. Please be patient.

Yes, of course! We understand things come up and if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel and refund your order.

We strive to get your order out as quick as possible. But our processing time is up to 12 business days (M-F). We've recently had a death in the family. It's caused some delays. Grief is real and hard. Please bear with us.

Sometimes USPS scans delivered a day early. Don't ask me why, but nine times out of ten, it shows up in the next day or two. Just wait. If it still hasn't shown up, check with neighbors if you can. Still nothing? Please email with your order # and we will get it sorted xoxo
